ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

1.  Application Form: Fill up the online application form. Complete all the 

     required details before submitting.

2.  Submit the Regional Head/Pastor's Recommendation Form

3.  Submit Form 137/Highschool Card or College Transcript

4.  Pay your tuition at:

5.  Sent the screenshot proof of payment or the bank deposit slip via messenger
